From an early age, I was captivated by the power of storytelling and creative expression. Harnessing digital media such as video, sound, and performance, I designed immersive experiences to deepen engagement and context. This passion led me to deliver workshops across the North West, empowering adults and young people to explore their stories through creativity and connection. Co-founding Minerva Arts solidified my love for meaningful engagement, ultimately guiding my journey into teaching.
A decade of International teaching in language, primary years and visual arts. My practice engaged cross curricular practice with a key focus on holistic engaging learning experiences. I thrived in building student-centered Inquiry, organised chaos and the magic moment a student says, "wait, I get it now!" That's the moment I chase.
If a great lesson and the right learning framework can change how my students think for life, what could a great product do? Using digital design, what can I build to create lasting impact that effects meaningful growth? This curiosity lit a drive to understand experience design further. I picked up Figma to find out more.
